I remember when gym wear was boring. Basic black staples. Although very slimming, it didn’t make them exciting to wear or generate any enthusiasm about exercising. In 2017, and the years leading up to it, this has changed vividly. Now, you can find sportswear in every shade and hue you can think of, with the addition of fashionable patterns and daring mesh cut-outs. These days, going to the gym is as fashionable as sitting in Starbucks with a flat white on a Saturday afternoon; just with added sweat.
I have always worn Nike, their footwear fits my wide gargoyle feet well and with a couple of factory outlets in the country I always end up picking up something for a great price with quality to match. But if their Outlet prices aren’t cheap enough, they’re offering 30% off this bank holiday weekend.
If you were considering treating yourself to something this weekend then remember that gym wear contributes to your health, so effectively it is the same as buying a set of kettle bells – extremely justifiable to anyone. Either that or you have simply ate too many Easter eggs this year and want to look good working those babies off. Me? Well I need to work off the weight from having an actual baby, not just chocolate ones (although I have a few of them going on right now too).
Have a great May Bank Holiday, let me know any plans you have for the weekend in the comments.
